I was in the hotels parking lot/entry way and I could see all who entered the two Niel print hotels and no dominos pizza delivery went to either location. The app said it was delivered. Towhere? Who knows? I called the store and was told I could pick up the cold food. Lousy customer service! Lousy deliveryservice! Stay away from this store!
I had ordered a basic cheesy bread from this location and the driver was dispatched and apparently had delivered said bread. The bread was in fact not delivered and in trying to right this mistake I was struck by a long process of trying to get a hold ofthe restaurant. I had called the number a multitude of times just simply trying to get to someone on the other end. For somereason Dominos feels the need to employ a call center that works as a middle man to assist in the taking of calls for theirstores and In doing so has lost business. I was not able to get through to the store itself and and still awaiting my belovedcheesy bread. I'm am asking any and all to stand with me in trying to right all wrongs done by this company and store! Shame onyou Dominos!
I placed my order and waited over an hour for an update on its status. When I called back, the manager—who spoke clear English—claimed he never received my order, which was completely untrue. I can’t fathom getting food from someone who isn’t honest. Just think about what kind of practices might go into preparing your food! This was my experience at the Domino's Pizza on 501 Westbury Ave in Carle Place.
This is one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. The thin crust topped with pineapple and banana peppers is truly exceptional and one of the most delightful dishes you could ever try.
I've been a regular customer here for the past few years, and I've seen a lot of improvements, especially in their delivery service. While the food can be a bit pricey when you factor in the $5 delivery charge plus tip, I've found that picking up from the store usually goes smoothly. As for the service, I haven't experienced any issues in the past year.
