From the moment we arrived, Emilio, the owner, greeted us with warmth and humor, making me feel confident we had made the right choice for the party. On the day of the event, Chef Edwin welcomed me with open arms and proactively discussed all the details. I had a great interaction with him as I tasted some of the dishes. When I encountered a minor issue with the cake my niece purchased from a bakery, Edwin immediately offered to take a look and even fixed it for us. He reassured me multiple times that the team was dedicated to ensuring our celebration was a success—and it was! Raul, the dining room host, set up the room just as I envisioned, making last-minute adjustments with a smile, which I truly appreciated. Once the room was set, Sergio, the lead server, and Linda, the Maitre D’, arrived. Linda jumped right in to help us with the decorations, bringing a script to ensure my sister would be surprised when she walked in. I couldn't stop laughing—Linda was not only hilarious but also offered great suggestions. Sergio's performance was award-worthy! He was incredibly engaging, ensuring our guests felt warmly welcomed as they arrived. They executed a seamless seating arrangement to keep the surprise under wraps, making it seem like a simple dinner out instead of a surprise party. The staff was flexible, and the food was both delicious and plentiful. Although I regrettably don't remember the name of the second server, he was equally friendly and funny, always bringing a smile to my face during our interactions. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in terms of food and hospitality. If you haven’t yet experienced dining at Passione, you’re truly missing out—make a reservation today!

Unfortunately, we were assigned a random server who took a long time to come to our table. After waiting 20 minutes with no one attending to us, we had to call him over. He took our order and then vanished again. We waited another 20 minutes before we had to call him again to check on our order. When he did return, it felt rushed, and he even asked for a tip before we had even received our food. Being part of a large group is no excuse for poor service. I was really disappointed, especially since it was my birthday dinner. I still love the restaurant and the food, but I can’t believe we had such a bad experience with this waiter. I hope that when I return, I won’t have to deal with him again.

I visited this restaurant with my wife and two kids, and even though it was closed, they were still able to accommodate us. The food was fantastic! Our server, Jose, was exceptional—very friendly and personable. My family and I will definitely return!

This place has great food, large portions and plenty of space. The waiters are friendly and beautiful, with a great atmosphere. I spent countless Christmas Eveves and celebrations here. But above all, the owners of my family helped to open themselves especially for our mothers funeral. That's why this place is my favorite place, more than just the food.

Food was pretty good. Interior was immaculate. A bit pricey though. I don't like that pasta doesn't come with dishes. Had I not asked I would have been eating my Shrimp Scampi on a bed of salad, which is not my thing.
