Ordered online as it comes in minutes. it was almost hours later. driver was surly and unapologetic. garlic bread was smokey and undercooked, pizzas were dirty. to add the insult of this meal' I received an e-mail the following...morning to tap the driver. terrible service, terrible eating. the only quality that is redeemed is that they have not abandoned the drink order.

Frightening customer service. my order went twice through (web page error), which cost me after contact with the shop I was promised a refund, a week later no refund. again called and manager lied that my refund had been traded in the last week....Manager had a terrible attitude, so I contacted customer service who told me that the refund actually went only a few hours earlier. had an official complaint and said someone from the business would be in touch, but I still wait. disgusting treatment, will not recommend and will share my experience far and wide.

Sometimes ordering pizzas from here was always worth money, but have noticed that the topping is so very spicy it is müll! so very disappointing! it will soon open a new load on kingston road that likes me as in lowry hill, but unless. it comes back to its usual good pizza will not go! come on bosse of dominos stop saying the personal to the toppings they lose all business! had hot and spicy by london road and it was like pappe and we collected it as we always were so unhappy, how was so happy on lush pizza just something I enjoyed was coleslaw rest went in am! pick them up their act together or they will fail!

Pizze without cheese or pfefferoni, took mins to come here, then after the complaining one more hour took the paprikas for children. not satisfied with the service at all.

We regularly order pizzas from this branch as it is the closest to our house, however they have a serious inability to get your order right – in our experience they are correct of the time. Our most recent order we ordered a Tuna...Delight and opened the box to find a Tandoori Hot with Tuna added. The team leader even had the cheek to argue with us in front other customers, whilst looking at the pizza with tandoori chicken, red green peppers and jalapenos, that it was a Tuna Delight. Having spent hundreds of pounds at Dominos our patience has finally run out. They only make pizzas how difficult can it be to get them right??
