Bidra med feedbackWhen it comes to the food, the carne asada fries were smaller than I had anticipated but still sufficient for two people to share. They generous with the sour cream, so just a heads up on that. I recommend adding the green salsa provided for extra flavor and spice. The burritos come with rice and beans, and I really enjoyed the adobada meat, especially with the accompanying red salsa. Just a note: the red salsa is on the spicier side, so keep that in mind if you have a lower tolerance for heat. For the menudo, you can choose between corn or flour tortillas, and the portion size for the soup is quite generous.
Confused, we explained that we were in line and were paying customers waiting to order food. We thought it was just a misunderstanding. Boy, were we wrong! This large man became increasingly aggressive and rudely insisted that she couldn't sit there until after we made a purchase. We tried to explain that our mother has a heart condition, but he showed no concern whatsoever. He continued to shout that the people in line before us might want to sit in her place. Frustrated, my husband tried to reiterate that our mom has a heart condition, but the man kept yelling the same thing. I strongly advise against coming here if you or any of your family members are elderly and need a place to sit while ordering food. It was appalling to have this large man and a woman chase after us, yelling, completely disregarding the situation. This is the worst customer service we have ever encountered.

I've been dining at this restaurant without any problems until today. Unfortunately, I received a fish burrito made with spoiled fish that smelled and tasted terrible. I tried to show the restaurant evidence of the issue, but they refused to acknowledge it. It took me an hour and a half to get my money back. They seemed unwilling to accept that my food was contaminated and fought to keep their money. The bottom line is that the food was not safe to eat, and a restaurant should issue a full refund regardless of how much of the meal was consumed.
I had the carne asada tostada, and it was disappointing. The meat was lacking—small, thin pieces with gristle. Not good at all. The restaurant was completely empty, so they could have been more generous with the portions instead of wasting food. Additionally, the customer service wasn't great either.
