The experience was absolutely terrible. When I called to place my order, the staff member stayed on the phone instead of taking my order. He even put on headphones, which led to my order being incorrect. I won't be returning to this location.
Overall, the customer service was slow and subpar. My orders were incorrect nine times out of ten, and when I attempted to address the issues in person, the staff overlooked me until I had to insist on receiving assistance, even though there was no one else in line. Management needs improvement.
I was craving Dunkin' coffee since I don’t get it often at home, so I decided to visit the drive-thru. I waited for 15 minutes as the second car in line to order two iced coffees, a cup of water ($1.00), and an avocado toast. Everything went fine until I paid. I handed the clearly uninterested cashier $20.65 for my total of $12.64. She gave me back a penny—just a penny. When I pointed out that I had given her a twenty, she paused to think about what to do next until her manager stepped in and provided guidance. After the manager walked away, she reached into her sweater pocket and then pulled out $7 and some spare change from the cash register. She handed me my drinks, and as I waited, she gave me another straw. When I asked about my toast, she merely glared at me and said, “I know.” Thanks for encouraging me to choose Starbucks instead.
Bad service it took 15 mins to make 3 drinks there was two people but only one made them the guy that made the drinks was nice but it's pretty bad the drinks was nasty
