Bidra med feedbackThe terrace seating was well heated. The service was friendly and attentive. The meals were generous and delicious. I've never tasted beef. The meat was so tender and the overeasy eggs were executed so well. The biscuit was layered and soft. Everyone around us sacked remains for a second meal.
This place is an absolute jewel in the Carmel Barnyard. The food is spectacular and they serve breakfast and lunch at any time. Try the cinnamon roll pancake. It is heaven on earth. My daughter and I just had to share one and we couldn't even finish it together. The place is busy and it is not cheap, but if you want a solid, consistently delicious breakfast in a great place, keep this place in mind. It never disappointed.
Absolutely delicious! The best breakfast we had on our trip so far! I ordered the extreme biscuit breakfast and it was great. My wife ordered the beef bunny and it wasn't disappointing big pieces of meat that were very tasty. My oldest son got cinnamon of French toast and he was in heaven, my youngest got a pancake and fruit it was pretty good. All in all great service!
Fantastic breakfast options! We tried the Carmel Omelette, which was incredibly delicious—definitely one of the best omelettes I've ever had. The Veggie Eggs Benedict was equally outstanding. For dessert, we ordered a custom strawberry pancake, and it was delightful. Everything was excellent, including the outstanding service, which has become quite rare since the pandemic. The wait was a bit longer than usual, but it was definitely worth it.
Good food! Portions are big! A little pricey. We ate outside, and they had heaters next to the tables, but it was still pretty cold. But we opted for that, since the wait was going to be about 20 minutes for inside. It looked pretty small inside, but inside and outside was full, so it looked like a popular restaurant! All the ordering is done via scanning the QR code that is on the paper, that is on the table. My husband wasn 't a fan of that, but I didn 't mind so much, because I don 't like touching dirty germ-covered menus. The waitress seemed a little stressed out, but still friendly. She had to take the orders on a tablet, and it seemed to be giving her trouble. My red potatoes were seasoned with yummy flavors, with my create your own omelette. I eat gluten-free, and the waitress provided corn tortillas with my meal, instead of bread. (They do not have any gluten-free bread products. My husband really liked his biscuits and gravy, and the brisket chili. (The waitress told me that it was not gluten-free, so I did not have any. They we 're out of grits, so my husband wasn 't able to order them. He opted for fruit, in lieu of the grits. A side of bacon was seven or eight bucks! But at least it was four big slices of bacon. My husband 's coffee was not very hot, and the second serving made his coffee cold. When I brought it up to the waitress, she apologized, and poured it out on the plants; and a different person brought out a fresh serving, but then it was near-boiling hot.
