Zoup! - Carmel

My wife and I stopped by for a quick dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and the sandwiches and soups on the menu looked delicious. The staff was more than willing to provide samples, which was a nice touch. The manager, Z, was very personable and checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied with our food. He offered to help us with anything we needed. I give this place a 5 out of 5 and will definitely return!

I tried to find the best noodle soup in Indy, and so far it is here (aside from my house). The only reason it is not 5 stars because the first few times I got it, it was Blande and I had to add salt and pepper. Last time, it was the best batch they had! Many onions(:

Great alternative if you really want soup. Honestly, I would rate her soup /Sandwich Combo with Panera. In this particular place, they have an easy-going manager who tries to ensure a good service. I had her cauliflower soup and veggie sandwich combo. Nice to meet you.

I was really pleased with the food and service. The young lady who served us tonight was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. There was also a young man working alongside her who didn't assist her, even when she had her back to the customers and could have used some help to speed things up. Despite that, she handled six different groups wonderfully. In my opinion, she definitely deserves a raise.

I've never had a disappointing experience at the Zoup on W Carmel Dr. Every employee has been friendly, helpful, and engaging every time I've visited to pick up some soup. Today was particularly special because I got to meet the outgoing manager, who introduced me to the new manager! It’s great to hear that this reliable employee is moving on to a new opportunity with his large church, and we discovered that we have several mutual friends. I truly hope this restaurant thrives like Chick-fil-A, given the quality of the food and the consistent friendliness of the staff. Peyton and "Z" represent the company wonderfully. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Oh, and by the way, their onion soup is far better than anything I can make at home. We have a few favorites, but we're always open to trying something new from the menu!
