Bojangles - Carolina Beach

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at Bojangles on Carolina Beach. They frequently forget items from my orders, and the chicken tenders were so tough they could double as a weapon. The customer service is lackluster, with employees glued to their phones, and waiting in line feels like an endless ordeal, often lasting 15-20 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

This Bojangles is hands down the worst I've ever encountered. Whenever I have a craving for chicken, I willingly drive 10 miles to the one at Monkey Junction instead of coming here. I plan to reach out to their corporate office in hopes of getting a manager who actually cares about the damage this location is doing to the brand's reputation.

I wouldn't recommend this place. For some reason, they consistently mess up orders, and by the time you realize the mistake at home, you don't want to head back to correct it. When you call to address the issue, they don't offer any compensation for the error. It's really disappointing!

They never seem to be open on the inside which is unfortunate for those of us who work next door and don’t want to have to use their car to go 300ft.

Thought I would give this location another chance but this restaurant had issues since it opened and can not seem to get it right, not sure if owner is involved in business but terrible service, food is fair and always check your order before you leave because you never know if you will get what you ordered. Just went through drive thru and ordered No. 1 combo Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit and when I got to work and checked bag, they gave me a Steak Biscuit, coffee was only half full in cup and cold, Bo rounds were also cold. I've had more orders wrong then right.I would not recommend this location.
