Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Haven't been to Cheddar's in a long time and decided to stop by for lunch. The greeter and the servers were very friendly. I got the Country Fried Chicken with two sides and it was excellent. I definitely will come back again.Parking: Parking was a breeze

Took a moment to get seated but that is because this place has amazing food! Everyone wants to eat it.

I went here two evenings and sat at the bar. The food was delicious both times and the wine was also good. The prices were reasonable and the servings were a good size. I wish we had this near me so I could go more often. The croissants were delish. The service at the bar was also excellent.

My husband ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo, and he loved it; the only downside was the shrimp still had tails on them, so he had to take the time to remove them before he could enjoy his meal. It would’ve been nice if they had served it tail-free. I went with the t-bone steak. Given that it was only $20, I wasn't expecting something extravagant, and it matched my expectations. I requested it to be medium cooked, but the doneness was uneven: the bottom was well-done, the middle was perfect, but the top and the small filet side were quite rare, almost raw. I should have requested a different one, but I didn’t. They relied heavily on garlic butter for seasoning, so I ended up adding a little salt. The baked potato was just a baked potato—good but nothing special. The carrots, on the other hand, were fantastic. We also ordered drinks; my husband tried the sangria swirl, which turned out to be quite strong, so he couldn’t finish it since he was driving—more drinks for me, I suppose! I had a Painkiller cocktail and I completely understand why they limit you to two; it was very strong and very delicious! Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The prices were just right, and while it wasn’t a perfect outing, we’re looking forward to visiting again to explore other items on the menu.
