Bidra med feedbackGot large ice coffee with no ice only filled cup 3/4 way I asked to fill it up all the way ,they refused and said the manager said not to fill all the way if no ice so I paid full price and didn't get a full cup they are cheap , got ripped of will nevergo there again ..

I've visited plenty of places in Dublin with poor customer service, and some that have forgotten items from my order, but this one is different! The customer service here was excellent; they remembered everything and got me in and out quickly. I suppose America does have a Dunkin' that you can rely on!
I ordered a large iced mocha coffee, but it was mostly just ice. I'm not even sure if there was a small amount of coffee in the cup because it was filled to the brim with ice. It felt like a letdown, and I'm not satisfied with this experience.
