Use your app is much faster to get your food to you when you use the drive-dru service, as there is no inside down at this point since the start of the pandemic. So if you use the app, I can assure you it will be a simple and fast drive thru experience without delay. Overall, these McDonald's on Larkin Ave in Elgin practice great customer service and you will find the employees will show patience and respect for all customers. However, pay attention to the time you choose to drive thru (2AM-4AM) be polite and know that they are also human.

It's not perfect, but this is my go-to McDonald's. Sometimes the fries aren't very hot, but other than that, they usually get my order right. Considering how busy they are, I hardly ever have to wait. Plus, I think they have the best-tasting soda!

We had a really positive experience at this restaurant. It was tidy and clean, with well-maintained washrooms. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, especially for families with children, which made our time there enjoyable. Although there were plenty of seats, I imagine it could get a bit crowded during peak hours. That said, it offers all the typical fast-food features. Our food arrived quickly and hot, and it was delicious. The meat was flavorful and juicy, and the fries were crispy and tasty. While it can get busy and there is sometimes a rush, they always get my order right. I would definitely recommend this place!
