Starbucks - Carpentersville

Went to drive thru was waiting there for a while never got an answer then came inside as soon as I came through the door they took someone’s order!!!!!! Also the girl that took my order inside had an attitude? Don’t know what that’s about but someone please talk to your employees!!!!!!!!!

Always clean. Staff are friendly and quickParking: Parking lot is pretty small might have to park at auto zone next parking lot over of it's busy

I’ve never had any issues coming here everyone is always friendly and efficient

If I could give a 0 star I would. I came to pick up my mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 2:11 I arrived at 2:10pm and she told me if I could wait longer next time to come pick up my order bc they had just gotten it. Just young teenagers who don’t know how to work.

Not the best at all.... Nice workers but drink was not put together well compared to other Starbucks Ive been too...
