I went here after many years' absence with my wife, daughter, and my relatives from Carpineto Romano. The experience was the best! This restaurant is tucked away in the country with beautiful views of the mountains and fields. It's set on a large property with indoor and large outdoor seatings. The food was amazing. No menu. The owner listed off what was fresh and available that day. He brought us a huge selection of appetizers, including grilled vegetable, cheese assortment, Italian style quesadillas, olives, prosciutto and salame....all amazing. I had the spaghetti with a mushroom and truffle sauce. To die for. I strongly recommend this restaurant. By the way, only locals eat here. Did not see a single foreigner!
