Food and service is great...until it isn't. Have a problem with the delivery? They won't answer the phone. Leaving feedback on the website tells you to call the store, which won't answer the phone. Report the issue on the website and they offer a coupon that is already available for every order.Maybe pick up is fine, though I don't know about the parking situation.Again, it's great until there's a problem, and they aren't there to help.
Pizza is great for a chain place and always a good deal with their coupons on their app and the prices scale well with the number of people you are feeding. Only the pizzas are worth their prices though. 6 tater tots or the equivalent of 2 chicken tenderloins for the same price as a medium 2 topping is kinda a ripoff when using their on doing any deals
Worst customer service and the dumbest employees I've ever talked to. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOS! ORDER FROM A LOCAL PIZZA PARLOR!
By far the worst customer service experience i’ve had in a LONGG time. i got a big order for yesterday night on Tuesday to order in advance. I was charged sometime Wednesday. About two hours before the time of delivery, i decided to call to make sure everything was still good, since i had gotten charged, but received no confirmations or anything. Once i called, i was on the phone for over 30 minutes because they said they couldn’t find my order. i spoke to multiple people and they had no clue how many pizzas i even wanted, the address it was getting delivered to, everything was wrong or they didn’t know. Mind you, they know nothing about my order but still are SUPER rude on the phone, and are constantly putting me on hold or sending me back to the automated messaging without saying anything. How are y’all gonna charge a customer $140 but have no actual information about the order? Literally the worst management and customer service probably in chapel hill. So disappointed, 100% unreliable.
