So today was my fathers birthday I was in charge of taking the birthday cake. I decided to stop by on my lunch break and choose a cake for him, I get to the store and ask the lady to show me the cakes she had available she showed me the ONLY cake they had I decided to go with that cake I PAID for it to RESERVE it and let her know I would be back after work she said okay and I left. After work I stopped by to pick up my cake as soon as I get to the store she says oh your here to pick up your cake right I said yes and she said oh sorry your cake was sold already after I had went earlier and RESERVED and PAID for my cake!!!!!

The lady at front desk doesnt do her job right shes always on the ? phone! She also isnt even says hello welcome she needs to be let go sad to have somebody at their store who dont like to work

The tres leches cakes are delicious, but the cake decorating could use some improvement.
