Babe's Chicken Dinner House

The chicken is great! How about adding a spicy option? We're in Texas, not New York City, where people tend to prefer milder flavors. The locals here appreciate a bit more heat!

Babes just doesn’t appeal to me anymore. When I first visited, the food was quite enjoyable, but lately, it has been disappointing. The chicken is consistently overly salty, to the point where I find it unappetizing. The biscuits lack any flavor—eating them felt like chewing on air. Surprisingly, the chicken strips were more flavorful than the actual chicken. On a positive note, the cream corn was delicious, and the green beans were pretty good. However, the banana pudding was yet another letdown. Overall, the quality has really declined, and the experience is no longer what it used to be. I wonder if other locations are any better... but I’m not eager to find out.
