Zocados - Carrollton

Went here for my 30th birthday to try something new, it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is so relaxed but pretty to look at, the food was super delicious I cleaned my plate and the table side guacamole although It looks pricey is well worth it, we got a half portion but it was plenty. Overall great place we will be coming back to

Update on Zakatos. Seems like the further they go with the covid-19 restrictions the worst this place gets. The quality of service has been dropping as last time we were there actually last two times we were there almost every one of the staff were new. The food quality has tumbled to not good food at all and actually both me and my guest were ill the next day after eating their food the last time we were here. I don't think it was just coincidence. They do keep the place looking very clean and they all stay very busy doing something, just not well trained. The last two waiters we had it was their first day for each of them. ? Probably going to not be going here for a while and see if they can figure out their act and get their food quality back up to how much higher standard. ?? ? ?

Today sat at this point and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE DISAPPOINTING!! You really missed the brand. We sat when I said NO ONE came to our table. So I called a waiter who wore a red shirt and can ask for some water and send our waitress. The young man went and did not come back I watched him Wiping tables etc.... I was ready to go, but the person I was hungry didn't feel like driving somewhere else. We've already agreed no tip... After about 10 minutes, he says I asked who the server was for your table and nobody wanted to take your table, so will I do it? After all, our water... long time to get the food, long time for him to bring my drink, also for him to bring the check. You weren't so busy... But as soon as I got my food and finally got my drink. The drink tastes good, my food was good. The other party said that the food was only basic. Will I absolutely not!!!! Treat your customers better. Very disappointed

What an amazing place, if you are local come in for dinner and if you are out of Towner's you Have to give it a go. Why eat at a chain restaurant?

I really loved the food at Zocados. I had salmon a la parilla and to drink I orderd an ice margarita? which was delicious. Staff is very attentive also even if they are very busy. Will return for sure!
