Flame Broiler - Carson

Eat here so often. It's very healthy. I took dinner for my father and me. I like the fact that they have the mini dish, it's just enough for a meal for each of us. It's always good and we always get avocado on it.

On 5/20/21 at 5:30 a.m. and had an exchange with the rude cashier. Ordered a bowl and asked for an additional portion of protein, menu clearly says that it costs $5, she tried to load me over $7. When I asked why she got me more than what the menu says she got a posture and was very flippant (not a problem because I can fit your energy) and went away, as literally left the front counter and the cook had to give my food for which I had already paid. Provide better customer service and employee training, its fine that they may not know the limited menu front on the back, but if your mistake is pointed out to correct only unless overload is promoted by management.

The workers just talked and when one of them saw me, he told the other to go and help me to what he looked like. I asked him not to add the cabbage and they charge 50 cents of TAKE from the vegetables. The employee laughed and said he can do it and laughed when he said he'll just do it and then I'll see the charge on my entrance. I waited in my car and when my order was finished As a sum I wrote the total without tip. A few hours later, I checked my bank information and they added a $5 tip. When calling the shop, the employees had no idea how to deal with such situations. I think the owner called me, but didn't even apologize for the fee. Great customer service!

I ordered a vegetarian dish, which means no rice or meat. When I got my meal, I found rice underneath the vegetables. I called to complain about it. I kept the receipt and returned today to make the same order, hoping for a discount (but didn’t receive one). I placed the same order again and received my veggies, but this time, one-third of the bowl was filled with water. I will not be spending my money at this restaurant again. Thanks, but no thanks.

The food here is delicious, fresh, and satisfying. The service is decent, but it can be somewhat slow at times. I'm not sure if all locations operate the same way, but at this particular one, the person taking orders is also responsible for putting the lids on the food trays and bagging everything. As a result, during busy lunch and dinner hours, lines can build up quickly.
