Panera Bread - Carson

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager was exceptionally accommodating. The food was served hot and quickly, and it looked fantastic.

The food and snacks are tasty, but the prices are much too high; the meals are quite costly, and the portions are very small. Customer service, especially regarding online orders and pickups, leaves much to be desired. The dining environment is unappealing and uncomfortable. Additionally, the condition of the restrooms is appalling. I order takeout from here almost every day, and each time, the restrooms smell terrible and are incredibly dirty. Parking is also a significant problem.

I prefer the coffee here over Starbucks. The refills and reward card system are both more convenient. However, there are a few minor disappointments. For instance, it would be much nicer to have softened butter with my toasted bagel, instead of the little hard brick that’s impossible to spread.

This is just my second time at a Panera bread and honestly I don't understand why the food is so expensive, just a meal for 2 over 40 dll I prefer to go to a real restaurant and probably spend the same. The food is not bad, but it is not worth the price.

Best place ever! Great food, always prepared the way it should be. Excellent service. Only thing...stock more kitchen sink cookies and make sure you don 't run put of bread. ?
