A highlight of our trip to costa rica we had initially hoped to arrive at the beginning of our trip to furca, but at the end again a month later. amazing culinary experience and excellent steaks. without doubt one of the best restaurants in costa rica.

Fine dining as best in the world as I’ve experienced House bread, beef carpaccio, ribeye charred and cooked to a perfect medium, duck confit, pesto mash, Gorgonzola mash Everything executed beautifully. Furca was absolutely divine! visit of san jose for the first time was made by our visit in this beautiful restaurant. the ambiente and decor is slightly rustic, but very high. our server was very informatiw on the food and upright sweet. I have the steak tartare (which is very difficult to find in quality restaurants) 10/10 would return!

I sat here for dinner because a colleague recommended this place....and now I understand why. the dining room was completely booked, so we sat at the bar. jorge and jerry at the bar to take care of us. good menu and drink recommendations. both big botanicals for the restaurant! it is not a cheaper place, but absolutely high-quality eating and drinks! highly recommended.
