Chick-fil-a - Cartersville

Fast ,extremely friendly service. A local baseball tournament was nearby,lots of people but still great fast service.

Always great service but they forgot my sandwich ! Went back a week later forgot straws for the drink and spoon for the soup . They did not have my name down for the sandwich they forgot last time . Went to McDonalds yesterday across the way spot on andfast service in drive through didn?t forget anything . I think I will skip this Chick Fila location for a while !

I had a craving for fries so I stopped here for a large fry....I asked for 2 ketchup to go with it. I got half a container filled with cold stale fries they filled up the rest with ketchup....The last time I only got half a container filled with coldstale fries....figured it might just be a one time mistake, but i guess not since this is the second time.....Very disappointed,and I won't be coming back to this location.

We visited from out of town and stopped here for lunch. We found out later that each location can have slightly different ingredient lists for menu items. We didn't know that and ordered our favorites, took them to the car and two of us got violently ill from the chicken nuggets which this location adds msg to both the chicken and the breading according to their website. We are very allergic to msg and glutamates in general, we both instantly projectile vomited and anaphalactic symptoms after one bite. We threw the rest of the food away. We did not complain to the manager because we didn't ask in advance about this allergen but I wanted to let others be aware that online menu does show ingredient list for each item. The staff were friendly and the place clean and busy.
