Longhorn Steakhouse - Cartersville

I dont normally go to a steakhouse for anything but steak. I wanted something different so I tried the chicken strawberry salad. Wow! It was wonderful. I will have it again!

Waited longer than we should have for the hostess to be at his/her station. Looked around for someone. Finally a woman comes as I shrugged my shoulders because this is ridiculous. She had an attitude taking my name and phone. Guess she didn’t like that I had to wait for her to do her job when she should have been there greeting all who come in. The next people walk in and she was all cheery. Unbelievable.. so guess what, at 3:01pm, Texas Roadhouse here we come. Pathetic

Our server at Longhorn, Shannon, did a great job taking our orders and getting our meals out to us quickly. I had the Grilled Lamb Chops and could not have been more pleased with the presentation and flavor of my meal. The roasted tomato garlic-herb sauce, creamy mashed potatoes and spinach were an excellent compliment to the chops! My wife had the filet with mushrooms and a sweet potato. Her meal was just as satisfying as mine. We try to visit this Cartersville location often and it is by far the best Longhorn that we've dined at.

Great staff and food definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good steak and shrimp combo. Server was great!!
