Waffle House - Cartersville

It was extremely busy but the waitress was awesome and the food came out pretty fast

Maybe today was just an off day. Very busy, not enough help, service not as friendly as prior visits.

You can't beat a hot dinner if you want at 3:30 in the morning. Cindi was a sweetheart and so personable. Hot and fresh food every day and best chocolate pudding pie

We were walking through that area and how lucky we found that waffle house on the way, what kind staff, quality service and delicious food.

Charged $5.03 for to go fee AND charged 10% of the food total for a to go order. The cook obviously doesn't know the difference between scrambled eggs and over medium eggs. Can't understand directions of putting xtra onions on a patty melt. My frustration is after paying $10.06 in fees for this to go order and getting home where the two sandwiches were prepared wrong and two grits bowls had the wrong preparation of eggs, I couldn't even call the store to tell them I was coming back so they could have the proper food prepared. I had to wait again for the same said food I had already ordered!!
