Wendy's - Cartersville

Out of baked potatoes, out of chilli, out of salads….just close then. Saw numerous people after me leave the drive through for the same reason

I've been down to Wendy's many of times. Since I put one in Emerson Georgia. But this last few times I've been down there it's getting worse and worse. One day I got down there I was in the Drive-Thru at 10:29 they open at 10:30. That manager actually came out the back door and told me to move out of line because the buzzer was going off inside ask her I said man you only got a few more seconds before you open up she told me just to move my car how rude can you be is bad enough they don't serve breakfast then there was another time I went down there I got me a baconator first time I ever got I didn't want one on the pretzel bread they told me they have one on regular bread so I got it and I came home to eat it when I got home and unwrapped it there was only two slices a bacon on it and I just have pieces so one slice of bacon on a baconator can you believe it. The manager that runs this place when it opens up at 10:30 should be fired on the spot she's rude hateful she does not deserve to be a manager I really hope Wendy's goes out of business in Emerson, Georgia

This is a nice Wendy’s but I think they are having trouble getting people to work. I ordered a frosty fries and small chili. Everything was good except the chili it had absolutely no meat in it just a bowl of beans, onions and peppers it used to be good so next time I’ll go to Publix for my chili.

Terrible customer service. We pulled in at 9:30 on a Saturday night and they told us they were closing. 10:00 is supposed to be when they close. From reading other reviews, if I were owner or manager, I would be making some changes. Most Wendy’s have great customer service and food. This location is very nice and it’s sad this particular restaurant has terrible reviews. Just go to next exit. Plenty of options.

It tastes like every other Wendy's. However in Northport it's better than McDonald's or Taco Bell or anything else you can get. At least they act like they care a little bit.
