Mcdonald's - Carthage

I'm not local and stopped at this McDonald's to get coffee. I ordered just 2 cappuccinos. When I tried it, it was too sweet. Both of them were sweet, though I didn't ask for sugar in any of cappuccinos.I came back to request a replacement. I was told cappuccino is always made sweet, which is not true. Eventually I had two of my drinks replaced. When I got to the car, I tried my cappuccino and it was as expected. Though the second one (the large) was pure milk! It was totally white... I decided not to go back in for the third time. It's so unfortunate. I haven't been so disappointed in McDonald's before... Besides there is an odor in eating area and floors were utterly dirty.

The food was top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff, also receiving a 5. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend trying the Big Mac, Cheeseburger, and Quarter Pounder—they were all delicious!

The service here is extremely slow—far too slow. My order has been incorrect multiple times, leading to a terrible experience nearly every time I visit. Overall ratings: Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
