Taco Bell - Carthage

We love KFC, but the drive-thru experience could be more personable. If you're not friendly with customers, you might want to consider a different job. We didn't check our bag because we were in a hurry, but we never received the gravy for our potatoes. When I got home and was preparing the plates, I realized it was missing. I didn't want to leave a negative review since the food is good, but I believe that a restaurant renovation doesn't mean much if the service isn't great and customers don't get what they paid for. After spending over $44, I shouldn't have to check my order like I would at McDonald's.

The order arrived right on schedule. KFC meals are my favorite—absolutely delicious!

The Chicken Cum Stripes are a favorite among my kids.

I’ve consistently enjoyed the food at this Taco Bell location. Any service delays during and after the peak of Covid have been addressed, and my orders have always been accurate. Taco Bell is the only fast food restaurant where I can eat anything on the menu and feel good afterwards. I really hope they’re here to stay!
