Whataburger - Carthage

The service at the drive-thru was fantastic! The Patty Melt was delicious. However, the tomato on the Whataburger with cheese was soggy and slimy, and I didn't receive enough napkins. My brother ended up spitting out the tomatoes on the ground. Thankfully, we weren't in the car at the time.

I typically enjoy dining at Whataburger. The person who took my order was very polite and professional. However, the lemonade I received was watered down. When I brought this to the staff member's attention, she said she would check or change it. However, I observed her just walking around and when I mentioned it to her again, she claimed that it had been changed. It's disappointing when staff members lie to customers, especially when the issue is not being resolved. This was my first visit to a Whataburger in three years as I was only passing through on my way to the Valley. Unfortunately, I won't be stopping at this location in the future.

The service was friendly and the fries were fresh and hot. The patty melt was tasty, but a bit soggy, and the onions were overly greasy.
