Chick-fil-a - Cary

Most of the time, I order a simple chicken sandwich combo with extra pickles, and I appreciate that they don't pressure me into ordering a lemonade. I'm always satisfied with my meal. The drive-thru lines can look a bit daunting, but I assure you, they move quickly. The staff is attentive and always prepared, so I recommend having your order ready before you reach the window. A big thank you to Chick-fil-A for their delicious food and excellent customer service!

Denise is a gem! She was incredibly friendly and personable while taking our order. The food arrived quickly and was excellent.

I have had more negative experiences than positive ones at this restaurant. I live nearby and visit frequently because it's convenient for my busy schedule. Unfortunately, every time I’ve been there, Patty, who usually works at the window, has been unfriendly. She never greets me, speaks down about me, and hasn’t provided a positive customer service experience. She lacks understanding and patience, often rolling her eyes and showing clear annoyance at my questions. I haven’t had any issues with the other staff members, but my experiences with her have made me hesitant to return. I realize that everyone can have tough days, but this has been a consistent issue for me. I’m very disappointed and saddened by how I've been treated.

I don't like Chick=fil-A myself, but my man (lilbert) loved this restaurant! first he is veteran and he went to this place to dinner today. he asked what she did for the veteran day rabatt today and was told to be in full uniform by cashier sterling to get the discount! he had VA-ID with him that he had to die with him at any time and showed this sterling! I'm not gonna turn to anyone with Chick-fil-A!

I stop at different Chick-Fil-A’s throughout Wake and Durham county and have to say this is the BEST of the all the stores I’ve visited! They have workers that go above and beyond and they make my day anytime I come in or go through the drive thru. Keep up the spectacular work and thank you again!
