Red Lobster - Cary

Our server informed us that the kitchen had messed up the orders for two of our three dishes—not just once, but twice. He offered to take $20 off our bill. However, when our food finally arrived almost an hour later, one plate was warm but not hot, and the other looked like an unappetizing mishmash. When I requested a water refill, it took so long that I almost considered licking the condensation off my glass. When the bill finally arrived, I noticed that only $10 had been deducted, not the promised $20. Overall, the service was mediocre at best, and the quality of the food has declined to a point where I won’t be returning.

My experience was excellent from seating to service. Food was also great! Enjoyed the new menu selections and my server was the best. Going to visit again soon.

Due to the pandemic and my low immune system, I’ve been avoiding dining in at restaurants. However, we decided to visit this one after the lunch rush, making it less crowded. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the server ensured social distancing from other guests, which I really appreciated. The food was excellent! Our server, Jackie, was attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. I’ll definitely plan my visits carefully in the future. For those who are cautious about exposure, this is a fantastic way to enjoy dining out.

Food was great as usual, but the service has gone downhill... Servers seem disinterested, you have to ask for cutlery multiple times, there is no one checking on you periodically either! That too on a not a busy evening by any stretch of imagination! Coming to food, no complaints there... Tried the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon trio with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli... And the Lobster Lover?s Dream ? Roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail and lobster-and-shrimp linguini in a creamy lobster sauce... This was outstanding and is a must try... Tried the premium side Creamy Langostino Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was melt in your mouth stuff... And of course the Cheddar Bay biscuits... They can't go wrong on the food but the service needs to improve!

Have good access the wait list was like 30 minutes but this can change the food taste good but the time of waiting for the food. And the waitress even let me wait so much for bring to me the orders for go. We wait almost 1h. Since we get there till the food was on the table. But flavor was good one.
