Bidra med feedbackDisappointing experience. I used to be a regular customer, but recent visits have been frustrating. The last three times, it took 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. This time, I had to leave without ordering any food or coffee after waiting so long once again. I've had enough—this place is just no good!
What’s more frustrating than waiting 15 minutes in an empty café for a small cup of coffee? Being told by the barista, in a somewhat rude tone, that there are others ahead of you in line. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm at this establishment. Perhaps they should just hand customers an empty cup and let them serve themselves for nearly $3!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this Starbucks. I've ordered the same drink at various locations throughout the Triangle without any issues, but for some reason, they couldn't make it here. The barista was unfriendly and rude, which matches the descriptions I've read in other negative reviews about this location. Just two months ago, I enjoyed the same drink at this Starbucks without any problems. The level of rudeness and unwillingness to assist customers was concerning. I hope Starbucks can improve their service here.
It saddens me to leave a negative review, I've been coming to this location for 3 and half years, and for the past 2 months this was part of my morning routine. It took awhile receiving my order but the customer service made up for it. However the last couple of days the customer service has let me down. They have hired new staff and it has been a bad experience, particularly yesterday morning, I ordered a drink and the young man accidentally rung up a grande instead of a venti , the new plus size African American young lady, refused to remake my order until she made the 5 drinks before me . Her advice was for me to wait in line and re order my drink . This has been the second time I've received poor service from her. She has truly spoiled my view on what use to be the best experience ever!
Very hit ot miss. They don't know how to read labels as many times they have made nitro cold brew as regular cold brew filled with ice for me. I only come to Starbucks for this drink but this location doesn't know how to make it apparently.
