We had an awesome experience here! The chef came and spoke with us himself. He is very engaging warm, and his passion for his craft is clear! He walked us through the ingredients of the dishes, and made some excellent recommendations (the ginger lemon juice is mind blowing seriously, don't skip it!!! . The assortment of Moroccan salads was definitely a highlight. A beautiful experience from start to finish!

Great traditional delicate Moroccan food! The lamb shank was slow cooked, tender, fat part is creamy, red wine sauce was totally imbedded inside of the meat! Excellent experience!

We were lucky to have discovered this lovely traditional restaurant. The Moroccan “salad” at the owner’s recommendation is a series of assorted mostly cooked veggie dishes and absolutely delicious with complex flavours, and we haven’t found the same when ordering “Moroccan salad” at other places later on. The chicken pastila, lamb shoulder, and dessert Jawhara (likely misspelt are also amazing : and not to mention that the owner himself is super friendly and patient.

Our experience was absolutely delightful. The restaurant is beautiful and the owner Aziz took care of us like family! On his recommendation, we started with the assortment of Moroccan salads and chicken pastilla (a flaky pastry unlike anything I’ve ever tasted and then we had fish tagine and a roasted lamb dish, finished of course with Moroccan mint tea. We loved the tea so much that the owner explained how it was made and also had us try another traditional version made with the sheeba herb (wormwood. After our amazing meal, we expressed wanting to see the sunset at the Hassan II mosque (just over a mile from the restaurant and the owner decided to drive us there himself so we would not miss it having to wait for a taxi. This was so above and beyond! On the drive, we learned a bit about Aziz’s life, travels and family, and his prior career as a photographer. He is such a kind and fascinating man! Visit his restaurant, you won’t regret it.

Went there for dinner Stunning location with amazing food Real traditional Marocain cuisine I would really recommend the tajine that is really cooked in the traditional Marocain pot. Mr. Aziz, the owner, is a perfect master of the house and makes you feel at home.
