21 Wine Is Food - Cascais

We had a good meal and culinary experience of our trip to the Lisboa/Cascais region. The dishes where Portuguese, but sometimes with a twist, but everyone was delicious. The service was excellent and we felt like we were local regular guests. A must stop visiting when you are in Cascais! Small, intimate place to make a reservation.

The food and wine were good. The restaurant was mostly empty but a lot of noise from the walkway outside as it was a holiday. The owners were abrupt and looked tired and were bad tempered.

My wife I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves AGAIN after a Covid induced absence at this gem of an innovative little restaurant tucked away on a small street right in the center of Cascais Village. Very Highly Recommended. Jeff Sharon
