Pizza Hut Cascais

I order pizza at Cascais at 15:07. The pizza did not come as the guy claimed incorrect adress that support confirmed was correct. I called support at 16:37 and agreed that „my new order will be coming no longer than 50min and they will make it first priority to compensate” from finishing call at 17:03. The pizza arrived called at 17:57 after my second called at 17:54. I had to pay and I did not get any compensation for my pain with Pizza Hut. This is the lowest quality of service ever. Pizza Hut is a scam.

Pizzahut in Cascais used to be nice but the past few experiences have been downhill. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and some slices of garlicbread. We receiced some funny tasting and oildrowed pieces of garlicbread and to top it all a pizza soaked in something smelling like pure fishoil. With other words old ingredients. I phoned the management and a fierce and impolite female manager told me I could pay for a new one because there was nothing wrong with their pizzas. She was very rude and one must suggest her attitude reflects Pizzahuts overall customerservice.

Nada de especial, quase não se nota no local onde fica. Parece um lugar esquecido. Mas a pizza, é Hut. Há lugares mais agradáveis em Cascais.
