Cantarana - CASSANO D'ADDA

In good company, we went to lunch in this restaurant. we were served immediately and well. Unfortunately the braised with polenta, had a sweet sauce, almost stomachable.

As a child, so more than 50 years ago, I often went to this restaurant-tractor, with local dishes, with my relatives, on occasions. I wanted to go back with my friends to see him and have lunch on Easter. the restaurant is well organized, with friendly staff, prepared and efficient. we ate typical dishes like fish of why, risotto with mushrooms or with gorgonzola and 3 of my friends took the braised with polenta. nothing to say: all cooked really well and excellent quality of rice. We will return later, with good weather, to stay on their terrace on the river adda.
