Burger King - Casselman

Great meal and service at that location. Loved that Whopper and fries!!

I was the last drive thru customer of the evening. Not knowing the restaurant closed at 9 pm. I ordered a big king meal. It includes fries and drink with a choice of ,2 sandwiches. I went down the road ; ate fries, and cheeseburger then searched the bag for the chicken jr. ! Did not get it! . I was 10 mins down the road. I called twice no answer. I went back and there was a guy putting out the garbage and he did it fast to leave for home. Today I called to no avail. Now I'm out of a sandwich . I can't recommend this place at all!

Horrible service, food is still raw I don’t know how they are still open with how the food taste and how horrible the service is, trash can are always full can’t trow out anything people don’t know how to change a garbage like it’s not

What can I say really!It was a stop along hwy that had a KFC Burger King and could other fast food places.I was a bit disappointed as the whopper I got wasn't like the ones I use to buy but it is what it is things have changed.Service was kinda disorganized waiting for order. But like I said was a very busy spot but there was lots of tables and places to sit.So if your hungry in a hurry and want a one stop with choices this is a good spot.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. That's what burger king in casselman deserves. Food always cold always served with attitude. Treats employees with no respect.The owner will not name) needs I reality check on how too run a very good franchise. He's ruining a good place. Head office you should do something
