Waited over 10 minutes in drive through even after saying hello anybody there and no one moment please zilt nothing so decided to take my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service at that casselman location especially when gas is at an all time high. Never going there again. June 16, 2022 at noon.
Amazing customer service. The lady at the cash gave me the best customer service ever. They made sure that everything was in the bag and the food was delicious. I will come back again this service made my day.
Went through drive-through on my way to Montreal in the service and food we?re fantastic. The onion rings were hot and crispy and hamburger was garnished perfectly. Thanks Team
Went through the Drive Through today. Placed our order. One of the items had to be brought back because they forgot bacon. By the time you wait in the lineup to talk to someone, your food is getting cold.. finally get to the counter, explain what happened. (I had the receipt with me).. He brings the item back to the cook. Comes back and says, we'll you didn't pay for it so they must not have heard you.. QUITE rudely. To which I replied, look at the receipt which CLEARLY showed we had paid for DOUBLE bacon.. By the end, I dealt with extremely rude manager, got 1/2 the order of bacon I had paid for, AND got to eat a cold and slimy (lettuce) meal. Thank you so much Harvey's!! Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Additionally, the beyond meat patty we ordered was we'll overcooked and dry.. Brilliant visit overall. Would NOT recommend.
