Pizza Hut - Cassville

Took forever to get our drinks. I finally had to go up after the second attempt of not getting them then there was no pizza on the buffet. I basically paid $80 for 5 drinks and very little to eat. We will now go find something to eat somewhere else.

The last four times that we have ordered pizza…there’s been something wrong every single time. This time, delivery girl Annie, stepped it up!! The order was double checked with check marks, everything was correct, she was very kind!! Customer service seems to not be a thing anymore but Annie… top notch

They have improved sooooo much!! We go on Sundays for lunch and their salad bar us awesome! The buffet is well kept and I love the waitress! She's so sweet. Perfect personality for doing what she does. Don't know her name tho. Update....her name is Violet! Sweetest waitress ever! Update: need to step it up a bit. The Amazing waitress is gone. The pizza was cold, the salad bar is all browned, old veggies and very few of them. Guy working behind the counter belched really loud. Just not what it was a few months ago. Sad because we really liked it there. Hoping they improve.

Did an online order. Said what time would pick it up. Arrived and they never even made our order or typed it up. We will never use Pizza Hut again.

The Manager, Jennifer has made a big difference in bringing Cassville's Pizza hut back up to excellent standards customer service!! Keep up the great work!
