Starbucks - Castaic

Always is fast and I didn't get many cases of them my order wrong. friendly staff and inviting caffe.

Have taken dozens of drinks and eat. the workers are great. always good quality.

Fast interaction with 3 of the staff, friendly but not over the top. it was the best coffee shop experience.

Stopped from this place on the way to la to take a cup of coffee, we encountered the rudest server ever, ordered 3 drinks waited 15 minutes, me and my gf, we are totally amazed by the condesctive behavior of this thin caucasian girl at the theke. I mean, we were not in a hurry, we had nothing to do with waiting for drinks, but they have to treat people with little respect.

We ordered a mango Passion fruit refresher refresher and it tasted really water down in bland. So we took it in to get a remake and wound up standing there waiting about half an hour while they made a bunch of other drinks. It would have been good customer service to have simply remade it which takes one quick minute and ended it over rather than making us wait so long for a drink that they had made wrong.
