La Boucherie - Castelnau-le-Lez

I am going to this restaurant regularly due to its perfect meet and nice dishes. Its a bit expensive but with fidelity cart the food is worth it. I recommend the foi gras and os a moil as an appetizers and tornade de beaf ou entrecôte as a repas super.

This new restaurant has certainly been a popular destination for some of my colleagues. But I have to mention a number of challenges. Firstly this is a new establishment so I hope that the comments will be taken on board and used positively in the spirit they are meant. On an average Tuesday at lunch, the restaurant was hardly full. And yet our meals (table of 4) were unconscionably slow in arriving. We ordered straightforward choices (this is, after all, a meat-based menu) in the different formula menus they propose. Food was freshly prepared but the portions were small : the Parmentier de canard and the desserts were particularly surprising, served in either a small dish or a jam jar. The food was tasty but we did feel the portions were limite . Staff were friendly and present but the food took an age to arrive. Reading other reviews this seems to be a recurring comment. We enjoyed our meal but when you are eating lunch and it takes 2 hours for a simple set of dishes it does mean you hesitate before coming back. Our current employer is relaxed about lunch but not to that point.

Un diner en terrasse , l'ambiance proche d'une brasserie , calme en début de soirée et un peu plus bruyante plus tard . Le cadre est connu car ce restaurant est en fait une chaine (2 sur le secteur de montpellier).Nous avons choisi à la carte plat + dessert. Brochette maxi accompagnées d'haricots verts et araignée accompagnée de frites et salade. Nous avons été tous deux très satisfaits , bonne viande et préparée avec soin. En dessert , profiteroles pour madame et café gourmant pour monsieur. Parfaits .1/2 rosé pichet honnête . L'addition n'a pas dépassée 65€00.Nous vous recommandons ce restaurant et y retournerons certainement.

Dommage que les frites soient des frites congelées on dirait du carton pâte quand au tarpaccio si le carpaccio était b on le tartre lui était sec haché trop fin et pas préparé à la demande

Habitué de ce restaurant dans notre région (Nord) . Celui de Castelnau-le-Lez est très agréable : assiettes généreuses, service rapide et serveuses sympathiques.Contrairement à certains avis, je ne trouve pas que ça soit trop cher. notre addition 2 menus + 2 menus enfants : 35 euros Il y a une petite salle de jeux. Les enfants aiment mettre une pièce pour le personnel, c'est ce qui caractérise l'enseigne !!Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants : 12 ans et 9 ans
