Carlo's - Castle Douglas

As a chef myself, I often find it challenging to enjoy steak when dining out. However, Carlos cooked my steak to perfection, showcasing a remarkable attention to detail that was both beautiful and refreshing! The shrimp were enormous and bursting with flavor, and the tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return! It’s five stars from me, the Hungry Biker.

The staff was friendly and helpful. eating was excellent, but rather too much for me and man, but we were later told that smaller portions are available or "doggy' bags available to take excess food back to home.
