Oasis - Castle

Paid £15 for 2 chicken shish kebab. Had 6 small slices of chicken in mine and my son had 3 slices!! Absolute joke. Will never go there again.

Food 2 hours late couldn’t contact the restaurant and the phone was off. When the food did come it was freezing and like a rock!! Awful!! Asked the driver to get the restaurant to ring me when he did he agreed food was cold and offered a credit note, told him I won’t be ordering again and would like a refund and was told they don’t give them!! Joke! First and last time I’ll order.

Some of the order never arrived, the chips were chewy, stone cold and over cooked, the fried chicken was dried up and most lkely been sitting in the warm counter for a while I used to use oasis regularly, i will no longer be visiting again and will be spreading the word.

Just the best shish kebab around ? Well worth £7 for a large. Loads of salad piles of it. Tasty sauces too. Chicken was excellent cooked fresh in tender hot grill.

Worst kebab and service ever. Ordered via Uber and got delivered this and then got accused of being a liar when I called to ask the whereabouts of the salad and sauces. They suggested I drive down there and talk to them about it and they will give me a salad. Talk about passive aggressive, poor service and a con. Have been a frequent customer for me and my large family. Congrats, you have lost a loyal customer after revealing your true selves Would give zero if had option
