Apache Pizza Castlerea

Every time I try to give them another chance, I'm left disappointed. The pizzas are greasy, and the staff seems disinterested and often contradicts their own policies. While the staff outside are friendly and welcoming, my overall experience has been negative. I would recommend avoiding this place.

The management at this restaurant is quite unprofessional. They changed the delivery price and refused to accommodate my requests, even though I had already paid for extra services. I recommend hiring someone who speaks and understands English; I spoke with four different staff members who kept asking me the same question, which only added to my frustration. The last person I spoke with on the phone was in administration, and after repeating myself 20 times, I was told this would be the last delivery to my home from their business. I would strongly advise against visiting this place, as they clearly do not listen to customers and continue to get orders wrong. They even suggested they would try to improve for next time, but I have lost all faith in them. This experience has given this establishment a bad reputation, and I apologize for the lengthy complaint, but if I could have given half a star, I would have done so. I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this place!

The food here is absolutely delicious, far superior to what you typically find on the streets of Norios. Highly recommended!
