At Domino's Pizza, great location, lovely pizza, and customers service needs improvement. Love meh meat lovers. I will come back for my meat lovers.

If you manage to make an order, pay for it and receive your pizza you should be proud. People working there are the worst example of customer service. First time here we ordered two pizzas and one of them was missing ingredient wait for it in 2 ingredients pizza. Second time here I couldn’t even pay for the order as I wanted to pay with my partners card while she was waiting in a car. Beware you need a matching name ID card to pay here by card. They did not allow me to pay for £6 pizza without her present despite me having her ID and my ID. I did bring her from the car just to show them she is here and it’s ok, she is comfortable paying for our dinner but at that point they became so rude and ignored us blankly. Apalling customer service drove us away and as much as you want an “exotic” experience at dominos in St Lucia please feel free to give them a pass. They deserve to go bankrupt. I shall add that they don’t allow to eat outside because of whatever dumb reasons, they say it’s “covid” but i feel it’s laziness just clean the surface after a customer has ate. Appalling. Just terrible.

What I experienced tonight at your establishment in Rodney Bay was so disgusting and unprofessional. From the very start, for no apparent reason, I was mocked by your representative. Thereafter, you never served me one of the toppings I ordered. Work on finding people that are good at customer service. For disrespecting me as a customer and treating me with such disdain, I give you one-star, and that's only because zero is not an option.
