My mobile orders, which are usually for takeout, are always ready when I expect them. The pizzas are consistently fresh and delicious, and the customer service is friendly. I particularly enjoyed the specialty pizza called Snowy Alps McKinley; you really can’t go wrong with anything from Mountain Mike's Pizza.
I'm never going here anymore. I didn't get my pizza. They told me they didn't find the apartment, so they didn't deliver it. I was so hungry and upset why no one called me. He said they did it and then just hanged it up. I called again, and they held me firm and hung up on me again. I called again and the manager took off and he said he would deliver the old one who sat there and still called me up. I was like no. I needed a fresh one and if they bring the old one, it should be with a discount as it was done 2 hours ago. They put it outside my house on something I had outside my terrace, and the pizza was so cold that it stuck in the box. Even warming did not help. I don't recommend ordering from here. If you are from Castro Valley I recommend those in San Leandro.
We ordered our pizza at 6:26 and finally received it at 7:39—over an hour for a restaurant that's only 10 minutes away! It was quite frustrating to wait that long, and to top it off, the pizza was only half warm.
If there's zero, I'd give the manager that with this orange or red t-shirt there, very rude, he doesn't know anything about behavior or even business, he's a miracle to Berg-Mikes Pizza He prefers to lose a client and his family and friends as a mistake in his system of few dollars, He has returned our money and canceled all order, instead of trying to hear and solve the problem of his crew, also we tried to reorder, he insisted not to understand the problem.
I got pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was good but the mozzarella sticks were cold. We waited for our food for like 30 mins because they said there oven broke down. They never came to update us of the delay in food we had to keep going to the counter and keep checking with the cashier as to why the food is so late. Customer service is the worse and the kind of people come to this restaurant is also not so pleasant.
