Wendy's - Castro Valley

Ordered food for my crew. 14 meals. About half the fries were cold. Two of the double cheeseburgers we're not on the order. Overall the order was a mess. Never going back to Wendy's again. It used to be one of my favorite places the meat wasn't dry itwas always tasting fresh. The french fries were the best never once did I get a cold batch of french fries. The moment theychange their fries everything else changed. Never ever will I return to Wendy's again.

Nice place but sometimes the drive threw can be full during lunch or dinner time. The employees are nice but during the times when the drive-thru is full then it's hard to get an employee to help you at the register. Other than that it's a greatexperience and I can't complain.

I've ordered from here five times, and each time they've forgotten the kids' Frostys. It's really frustrating to spend $50 on fast food and have the kids get all excited for a Frosty that never arrives. Honestly, it's not that hard to confirm all the items in an order.

We visited this restaurant on Thursday evening and encountered a long line, which took about 15 minutes to navigate before we could place our order. Given the crowd, I expected to receive hot, fresh food, but what we got was a significant letdown. The chicken nuggets were not only cold but also stale and inedible. The fries were cold too, and my burger came out lukewarm with unmelted cheese. I ordered a root beer and ended up with Dr. Pepper, which I really don't like. To top it all off, the chocolate frosty was watery. It’s hard to believe they could make so many mistakes with one order. Additionally, the frying oil clearly needed to be changed. I’m not sure if we’ll return.

The service is quick, and my orders have always been correct on the first try. The staff at the drive-thru is friendly, and I assume the team inside is just as pleasant, though I’ve only used the drive-thru. My only complaint is that they need to bring back the strawberry frostee!
