Jack In The Box - Cathedral City

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and quality of the food this morning. I visited this location around 6:15 AM and ordered a sausage croissant with added bacon. The service was outstanding, and the croissant was delicious—both in appearance and taste, it seemed freshly made from scratch. Overall, this was a delightful surprise.

I ordered onion rings and a medium drink. The onion rings were delicious—hot and crispy. However, when I went to get my unsweetened iced tea, I found the machine's instructions were lacking; it just said to press the button for your choice. Luckily, a couple of nice gentlemen were there to help me figure it out. I'm sure kids have no trouble with it, but when you're older, it can be a bit challenging to navigate these things.

The service was absolutely terrible. It’s baffling that our cheese had to be served on the side of our sandwich because, according to the staff, they aren’t allowed to put it on the burger when we’re using a coupon—even though we're paying an extra charge for it. You're still charging us extra, but can't put it on the burger? What's going on here? I’ve visited other Jack's locations in the valley, and I’ve never encountered this issue before. The management really needs to step up because the manager here seems clueless. This is just plain laziness. I recommend avoiding this Jack and making the drive to the one in Palm Springs instead. They’ll actually put the extra cheese you paid for right on the burger, rather than just handing it to you in a box on the side. How refreshing! By the way, I double-checked the coupon—while it states that cheese is an additional charge, it doesn't say anything about it not being allowed on the sandwich. Get your policies straight.

I love the shakes from Jack in the box, but it has been very disappointing the past 4 times that I 've gone to ONLY purchase some shakes and each time have been told they don 't have any. This was between 9pm 11pm, I don 't know if this is so the employees don 't have to clean the machine, but it was a waste of gas and time just to try and buy some shakes. The last time I went the girl taking my order said I just sold the last one which made it sound like if I was ordering a pre made shake or something that is just waiting in the freezer to be purchased...what a joke!

Horrible I ordered from the Jack in box app delivery I only got my burgers and drinks not my two curly fries or my chicken nuggets for my kids. I can't get a hold of the driver who brought my food because they have no contact info and I called the restaurant that is open 24 hours and they won't answer after multiple attempts. The burgers that did come were horrible I wouldn't even give them one star a waste of my money next time I will just order a pizza
