Bidra med feedbackClearly this is a one-off. I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant since it opened. For the first time ever my order last week was short by one sandwich, no salad dressing for my salad and wrong cheese on deluxe sandwich. I notified customer service and they credited me with free food.
Typical great food and friendly service.Minus 1 star because the parking lot is painful and they shorted me a sauce packet that was specifically requested on the order.
I ordered the meal for my daughter who had not been feeling well but had a taste for Chick-fil-A. I ordered Waffle Potato Fries that were hard and cold. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie was a little hard to bite. I used door dash which was great but the food was horrible.
Kale salad is awesome, staff is always very patient and welcoming
Geraldine Brenda Ashley and Sarah completed ignored my coworker and I when we came in to pick up mobile orders. I politely mentioned that I was here to pick up a mobile order. Brenda gave me a side eye and continued to make drinks. Geraldine and Ashley saw us at the mobile pick up counter and continued their conversation. Some gentleman from the back had to come up front and ask us if we had mobile orders. I could completely understand if the front counter was busy taking orders but they were not. There wasn't a line or customer to ring up inside. The drive thru was very busy but these individuals could have put their personal time aside to take a moment to hand us our mobile orders that were getting cold while we waited. I'd like to thank the individual that came from the back but did not get his name. I feel that I would have faster service waiting the drive thru line. Not welcoming at all.
