Panda Express - Catonsville

Eating is always good. They're heavy on the napkins. Everybody's so friendly.

I never had any problems with the food from here. I'd give him 5 stars if they pulled back the pickup hall where it was. Ki d from frustrating to order before and then wait 5 minutes until someone have a second to take your food when you arrive.

This Panda Express location is fantastic! Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat, and I know that each location can vary. However, I was pleased with this one, as they provided generous portions and the food was flavorful. The staff, particularly Dayana and another woman, were very friendly and patient when I had questions about a voucher and food substitutions. Thank you!

I was a LOYAL Panda Express customer and was still very satisfied with the service. I came to the Cantonsville Baltimire National Pike, Route 40 West] about 750pm. On my arrival I see that there are several pans that are empty sesame chicken, meat bejing, sweet fire chicken] and the staff informs me that they were all.out and that they did not make food anymore. I asked the young lady how late the shop bag was and she informed 930. It is closed about 1 hour and 30 minutes before loading, food pans are empty, and there is no food anymore. And she thought it was funny and I didn't. This is an example of bad customer service.

My family and I have been Panda Express loyalist for as long as I can remember. Definitely our go to fast food restaurant hands down and I have always had a pleasant experience. Until today, after my experience with the store manager Aman and his staff I will NEVER EVER visit another Panda Express again. The icing on the cake was when I called customer care to express my concern and was hung up on.
