Bidra med feedback1 month after the relaunch of a young man of this old restaurant cavaillon: he works hard even Tuesday evening! but there is plenty of room: tables spaced and large, even for 2, it is rare. nice service, good kitchen, you will have to come back to enjoy the terrace on the big gambetta course.
I like the decor of the very nice personal restaurant, very good reception desk well presented. at our table, we took different dishes, pizza risotto asparagus and meat, we were not disappointed. fresh products desserts are homemade and are very good
Pate a la carbonara without interet, pates too cooked swimming in a sort of sauce, pot of open parmesan we don’t know when, playing pork looking pure fat because bad cooking (or bad quality). On pizza, paste not cooked enough and the picking salami was not really one.. correct tomato sauce. Too bad, given the previous notices, we thought to eat well but obviously a change of owner/leader has dropped the quality (do not refer to the photos of previous notices because nothing of this is unfortunately waiting for you... .
Pâte de la pizza pas cuite, pot de parmesan hyper sec, obliged to ask for another cooler, pasta with carbonara insipid and service not very orthodox... disappointed, the restaurant Manu had a very good reputation, but it was before, well before.
Case captain not right. We had a reservation through the fork where you get a 20% discount at dinner. When I wanted to pay, the manager refused to give us that. Very disrespectful. Meanwhile, we contacted the fork. I told him we weren't happy, but he didn't want to change that. A missed opportunity.
