Comfort Inn Suites - Cave City

The pool heater was broken and they lied to me about it when I called and specifically asked. The manager totally blew me off when I asked if it would be fixed. My child’s lips were blue when he got our after being in for 10 minutes. I was very unimpressed and upset. The only thing worse than a cold pool is a liar. I complained to corporate and they did not try to make it right. They offered me points to stay again and that won’t be happening. Don’t stay here.

Very nice comfortable place, awesome friendly staff!

The desk staff was more than willing to make our check in a great experience. The rooms we were in (3) were very clean. Beds are comfortable and location is so very convenient! 5 star stay , all the way! even during times of covid closures they went out of there way to offer a breakfast that we could order and pick up from the front desk! thank you from our whole family!

I used to work at this Comfort Inn not long ago. Most of the housekeepers come from a drug rehabilitation place in Glasgow. They were the trashiest people I ever worked with. Several of them still did drugs and stole stuff from people's rooms to support their habit, and the managers, (Russ York, Mary and Faye, just turned a blind eye. For example, one girl named Kim Parker, who I worked there with a lot, has been arrested over five times for drug possession, among other things, since I've left. So much for her rehabilitation.There is no way I would stay here knowing that there were a bunch of druggies cleaning my room.

The room we got was adequate for an overnight stay!
